All our printers and parts are fully cleaned and serviced by our own in-house experienced printer engineers. Fully Serviced Products all carry a 90 day return to base warranty.
All our refurbished printers and parts are in good clean Grade A condition and are fully tested before being shipped. We test from all paper trays and network ports so you can be sure that your printers will be fully functional. We have some very low page count printers and parts, and we always ship the lowest one. 90% of our printers are supplied with used ink/toner cartridges. Please confirm when ordering as the odd printer is supplied without.

All orders are shipped with a UPS tracking number.

Elessi will accept exchanges and returns of unworn and unwashed garments within 30 days of the date of purchase (14 days during the sales period), on presentation of the original till receipt at any store where the corresponding collection is available within the country of purchase.Your return will usually be processed within a week to a week and a half. We’ll send you a Return Notification email to notify you once the return has been completed.
Please allow 1-3 business days for refunds to be received to the original form of payment once the return has been processed.
